Tube Bending

Qualdeval International through its suppliers does compression and rotary draw bending on material such as aluminum, carbon steel and copper based metals. Our tube bending capabilities enables us to provide high-quality bent parts at the lowest cost to our customers. Mandrel bending is available for tight centerline radius (CLR) bending requirements. We use fully automated 3-axis and 6-axis CNC benders produce high-volume, low-cost, accurate parts. X,Y,Z coordinate bend programming interfaces with our Tube coordinate measuring machine (CMM), and optical measuring system, to maintain the highest repeatability of production lots and to ensure adherence to your design specifications.
