100% of our customers’ orders are Source Inspected at the factory before shipment. Our China team also performs regular process and quality audits and works closely with the factory team on continuous improvement and management of sub-suppliers. We understand that 100% defect free product is the only acceptable result.
We also offer Independent Source Inspection services, plus Process Improvement and Root Cause/Corrective Action leadership for customers with existing supply chains that need a little extra help to achieve desired results.
Supply Chain Dev.
If you require unique products or services we offer complete supply chain development and implementation including all research, verification, process development & definition, qualification and start-up. This process typically takes longer than our normal cycle time but it greatly reduces risk and creates a bridge to the opportunity for lower costs.
Freight Services
We offer complete Door-to-Door freight service including all export/import management for Air and Ocean shipment, for those customers who choose to not to spend precious resources on this non-core activity.
